Sound Knowledge Presents – The Lathums

February 25 @ 7:30 pm

We’re delighted to be hosting a Sound Knowledge outstore with The Lathums on Tuesday 25th February.

They’ll be playing an intimate promotional set from 7.30pm in St. Peter’s Church to celebrate the release of their forthcoming new album ‘Matter Does Not Define’.
The Wigan indie four-piece have already had two consecutive UK No. 1 albums- their debut ‘How Beautiful Life Can Be’ and 2023’s ‘From Nothing To A Little Bit More’- thanks to their stadium-sized hooks and frontman Alex Moore’s emotionally intelligent songwriting. New album ‘Matter Does Not Define’ was recorded at Liverpool’s Kempton Street Studios in the company of long-term creative guide, John Kettle, and producer, Chris Taylor.
If you’d like to attend this intimate performance in a beautiful setting, album and ticket bundles are available for purchase from Sound Knowledge (link below), featuring a copy of the new album (released Friday 28th February) and a ticket to the event. Standalone tickets are also available but please consider buying a bundle where possible- it’s better value for you and the album sales help both the artist and also us with organising these events. Tickets and bundles are available exclusively from Sound Knowledge in-store, over the phone and via their website on sale from 10am on Friday 7th February.
Under 16s must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult. We can’t admit under-8s for this one. This is a standing event but please notify us by email if you have any access requirements.
PLEASE NOTE – Albums will be posted out to arrive on/around the release date (in this case, after the event itself). All tickets are PICKUP ONLY, available to collect in advance from the shop or on the door of the venue. Please have your order number/confirmation email to hand when collecting.

Gift Aid Declaration

Thank you so much for donating to St Peter’s and St Paul’s Marlborough Trust. Your support is helping us to raise vital funds in order to preserve this building of significant historic interest and to provide a centre for the community to explore its history and enjoy its space.

If you sign up to Gift Aid, a tax relief allowing UK charities to reclaim an extra 25% in tax on every eligible donation made by a UK taxpayer, it means that without donating a penny extra, you're helping us keep St Peter's Church open for years to come.

There are a couple of reasons that may affect our ability to reclaim that extra money, so please contact us within 21 days if:
You expect to pay less than your Gift Aid value, in UK income and/or Capital Gains Tax in the current year, or your personal details, such as name and address have changed.

If you have not paid enough tax to meet the Gift Aid claimed by St Peter’s and St Paul’s Marlborough Trust and have not notified us of this, HMRC may seek to recover this sum from you directly, as it is your responsibility to pay any difference. You can get in touch with us on contact@stpetersmarlborough.org.uk if you have any questions.
