St Peter’s Spring Fair

We are now taking bookings for pitches at our Spring Fair, Saturday 22nd March 2025. Please do not share this link as the Fair is invitation only.

This will be the third year of our Spring Fair and if our recent Christmas Fair is anything to go by, it will be a well attended event. Pitches come with one 6ft x 2ft table (black table cloth included), if you need a second table it is now a requirement to book a second pitch.

We have 22 pitches available on a first come first served basis.

Terms & Conditions

By booking your pitches you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

• We open for stall holders at 8:30am,
• The building opens to the public at 10:00am and closes at 4:30pm,
• Our Fairs run until 3:00pm but we do allow flexibility for childcare arrangements,
• Access to drop off products and equipment can be gained via the North side of the building, in the lane running alongside St Peter’s we will open the West End doors,
• You are responsible for your own insurances. Public liability insurance is compulsory and we recommend you match our cover of £5 million,
• Pitch hire tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred in consultation with us,
• You agree to help promote your stall at St Peter’s – we all need to work together in promoting our fairs!
